The Sopka Residence Country Holiday guest complex is located in the Okeanskaya district, one of the highest points of the city with a stunning panorama of Vladivostok. Modern houses and townhouses with thoughtful layouts are located on the territory — from cozy options for two to spacious houses for a company or a family. In total, 26 houses of various categories and capacities are available to guests. Inside there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and outside — each house has its own barbecue area, outdoor furniture and an atmosphere of privacy. The complex combines outdoor recreation and a well-developed infrastructure. There is an eco-trail on the territory, which turns into a panoramic viewing area. SOPKA restaurant with 120 seats. The kitchen concept is built around a grill with an emphasis on meat dishes and fresh seafood from the aquarium; the space includes two halls, as well as open and closed terraces with scenic views of the forest area. The 800 m2 SPA complex includes a hammam, massage rooms, wellness treatments and a fitness area, and an infinity pool. There are also two baths, each with its own vat.
