The balcony offers a view of the city. All necessary appliances, refrigerator, washing machine and cooking utensils are available. There is a grocery store nearby, and a public transport stop is a minute's walk away. Nearby is the Church of St. John the Baptist, a construction hypermarket, a health center for children. The Youth Park is within walking distance. The city center is no more than 10 minutes away by car.
