The Volgdom space is located on the banks of the Vologda River, in the heart of the capital of the Russian North. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view of the embankment and one of the oldest preserved churches in the city — the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Vladychnaya Sloboda, built in the XVII century. The Nikolaevskaya Church, the Krasny Most Gallery of Modern Art, several squares and shops are within walking distance from the apartment. There is a pier five minutes from the house, from where pleasure boats depart in summer. Vologda Kremlin is about a 20—minute walk away. You can take a taxi from Vologda Airport to the apartment. The journey time is 20 minutes. You can get from the train station by taxi - 15 minutes or by public transport (Bus number 6). The apartment is furnished with antique furniture and household items of the inhabitants of the Russian North — for example, here you can find peasant utensils and brutal wooden toys, birch bark products, cast iron, local dried flowers, dishes and textiles with traditional motifs of the region. One of the main highlights of Volgdom is a cozy furnished balcony overlooking the embankment. The apartment is designed for four people, who can sleep on a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave and a small stove for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Shower cosmetics and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer and an iron.
