Отель потрясающий. Чисто, уютно, в номере есть вообще все необходимое, завтрак шикарный. Были в момент снегопада, никаких проблем к выезду не было, все чистили трактором.
Есть один неприятный момент, о нем уже писали ранее, - это ресепшн. Заходишь в отель и понимаешь: женщина на входе тебе не рада. Если бы не это обстоятельство, я бы подумала, что нахожусь в респектабельном отеле европейской столицы, а так нет - я в России. Звезду снимать не буду, все остальное отлично.

Условия в отеле благоприятные. В номере было чисто и комфортно. Удобное местоположение.
Но все плюсы перечеркивает абсолютно хамское поведение администратора, которая не пожелала даже представиться. Желания вернуться не возникло.
About the hotel
"Nicole" is a hotel in the historical center of the city, a 5-minute walk from the museum and exhibition complex "Volokolamsk Kremlin". The train station is 7 km away. The hotel has 28 rooms of various categories, which are furnished with natural oak furniture and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Each room has a comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress, refrigerator, satellite TV, safe, telephone, private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. The hotel has a fully autonomous heating and water supply system. Water from an artesian well of high quality purification, suitable for drinking.
The hotel has a restaurant where a buffet breakfast is served in the morning, and Russian and European dishes can also be ordered from the menu. Room service is also available. The SPA area includes a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, as well as additional massage and treatment services.
