Hot water around the clock (gas heater). • Everything is at hand: Near the house there is everything you might need: from the Lenta hypermarket and cozy coffee shops to banks and pharmacies. The Fakel Stadium and swimming pool and the Nebo shopping center are located nearby. And there is free parking for your car. Important and transparent conditions for a comfortable stay for all guests: • Booking: For remote check-in, a 100% advance payment of rent and a refundable deposit (1,500 rubles) is required, as well as the provision of passport data. • Check-in: from 14:00. • Check-out: before 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee, subject to free booking and approval. • We do not provide hotel services, but rent our well-maintained apartment to you, so when you check out, we ask you to rent the apartment in the same clean condition as when you check in. The security deposit is refunded after checking the safety of things and cleaning (before 22:00). • We rent the apartment only to guests over the age of 21.
