Welcome to our new cozy apartment! We are hosts who have traveled a lot ourselves, and we understand perfectly well how important it is to feel at home, even away from it. In every place where we stayed, we always lacked something: comfortable pillows, high-quality dishes or even simple little things for a comfortable stay. Our apartment has everything you might need: soft beds and pillows, dishes, Internet and cable TV, a set of hygiene products, excellent coffee and even a minimal set of products. You don't have to run to the store for butter and salt to fry scrambled eggs for breakfast. We have taken care of every detail to make you feel at home. The apartment is a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from the center of Voronezh. The apartment can accommodate and relax up to 5 people — an ideal option for a family holiday or a friendly company. We have convenient check-in and check-out, closed territory. Nearby is the Pedagogical University, Dynamo Central Park, and the railway station. There is a closed parking under video surveillance in the courtyard, which will make your stay even more comfortable. We offer remote check—in: you can check in at any convenient time - very early or very late. Estimated time: 14:00 check-in, 12:00 check-out. We have accounting documents for business travelers. Please note: parties are prohibited in the apartment. We create an atmosphere for a relaxing holiday, so it's better to come to us to relax and recuperate! Accommodation with pets is possible by agreement with an additional payment of 300 rubles. The deposit for the stay is 2000 rubles — we will refund it after your departure.
