Не очень поняла, как этому отелю удаётся держать оценку 4,9, особенно при цене размещения 5000 в сутки, причём в Воронеже. По порядку, - помещение гостиницы намертво прокурено. Вонища во всех помещениях. При этом в номере лежит табличка о запрете курения), забавно. Странная архитектура, - на 2й (и далее) этаж вам придётся карабкаться 3 пролета по лестнице шириной 50 см и высотой ступеней около 30 см. Удовольствие ещё то, особенно если вы с багажом. Номер стандарт маленький, но это указано в описании, так же добротно прокуренный. Но вот душевая, собранная из подручных материалов, о детали которой легко бьются ноги - это прям крайне неприятно. Из плюсов - тепло в минус 20, приличный завтрак, чистое белье и полотенца. Если сможете быстро найти - то и расположение хорошее, недалеко от М4. Не люблю критиковать отели, где останавливалась, но люди должны понимать, куда они едут. За эти деньги в Воронеже полно вариантов гораздо лучше

Вполне прилично в полулюксе оказалось. Тихо, хорошие завтраки, есть парковка.
