We have tried to think through every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible.: A large bed with a comfortable 160×200 mattress and a comfortable sofa for two ✅️ Soft cotton linen and fluffy towels for each guest ✅️ Modern appliances: everything is new and ready for use(refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, kettle, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV) ✅️There are basic accessories for your convenience (shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, slippers, toothbrush with paste) ✅️ All necessary utensils for table setting and cooking ,Cozy lighting Tea, coffee, sugar are already in the apartment ✨️WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR CONVENIENCE: - Easy check-in: contactless access (even late at night, please let us know in advance). - Convenient payment: cash or non-cash payment with all documents provided. - Parking: free, and there is always a place. OUR STUDIO is an ideal choice for: - Families with one or two children (toddlers up to 3 years old are our free guests!). - Guests on a business trip. - Travelers following the M4 or P193 highway. This is a great and comfortable stop on the way. We created this space with love and ask you to help us keep it cozy and tidy for all the guests.: - Smoking, partying and living with pets are strictly prohibited in the apartment. - Reservations are fixed by prepayment. Please note that it will not be refunded upon cancellation. - Only the guests indicated in the reservation can stay upon presentation of the document and registration of the contract. - Guests under the age of 21 are only accompanied by adult relatives. Check-in starts at 14:00. After 22:00, check-in to the apartment is by prior arrangement. -Check-out - before 12:00 Our studio is about relaxing holidays, comfortable work, style and silence!
