About the apartments

The price depends on the length of stay and the number of people staying! Spacious apartment with a fresh renovation and new furniture. There is everything you need (Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board). There is a double bed and a sofa bed. Good bed linen and towels. Near the market, shops, cafes, pharmacies. Accommodation for no more than 2 adults (possible with children). Smoking on the balcony. Important: the apartment is not rented for holidays and noisy parties. I provide the accounting documents (the contract and the cash receipt with the QR code). Non-cash payment is possible for organizations. The deposit is refunded remotely to the card. In some cases, the deposit may be increased. Check-in time is after 15-00 to 22-00. Check-out time is 12:00. You will need a passport upon check-in.
