A spacious apartment for a relaxing holiday or a comfortable business trip Hi! If you don't just need to spend the night, but really comfortably stay for a few days, welcome. The apartment is spacious, located in a modern house. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, TV, fully equipped kitchen. And dishwashers and washing machines are especially useful for those who have arrived for a long time or on a business trip — you can relax rather than do household chores. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Sleeps: a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. A separate plus is the autonomous gas central heating: the apartment is warm, and there is always hot water. Everything you need is nearby. There is a market, a Magnet, a Pyaterochka, a Bristol, a cosmetics store, a bakery with fresh pastries and two pastry shops within walking distance. Having a snack or lunch is also not a problem — there are cafes and canteens nearby. For those who like active recreation, there is a swimming pool and a gym nearby. A public transport stop is just a few minutes away, so you can get to almost anywhere in the city. And there is also a lake nearby with walking paths — you can go out for a walk in the evening or just relax a little after a day at work. Important conditions The apartment is designed for peaceful living, recreation and business trips. Parties, celebrations, and noisy events are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is two adults, it is possible with children. The apartment is not adapted for wheelchair users. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. I work officially: I provide accounting documents, and I can issue invoices for non-cash payments to organizations. I return the deposit remotely to the card after check-out. The amount of the deposit may vary depending on the booking conditions — I will inform you the exact amount in advance. Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00. If you plan to arrive later, we will arrange it in advance. Check-out: before 12:00. A passport will be required upon check-in.
