Pets are charged extra. Pets can stay in the hotel together with the guest: dogs of decorative breeds weighing up to 6 kg; service dogs (upon presentation of documents); guide dogs (upon presentation of documents); cats. Living with fighting dogs, reptiles, birds, and wild animals is prohibited. Obligations of the pet owner to the hotel: 1. The guest must bring with him: a container (cage), a waterproof mat, a towel, a special tray (toilet), a bowl, dry food, a favorite toy, a first-aid kit with medicines, and cleaning products for pets; 2. The guest is obliged to walk dogs only in a collar and on a leash.; 3. In order to carry out daily cleaning and/or minor repairs in the room, the guest must ensure that the animal is not present during the provision of services or work and post an appropriate information sign on the front door. If there is no sign, the specified services and work will not be carried out.; 4. Leaving an animal unattended in the room, the guest must place it in a special container (cage), which must be notified to the hotel staff.

According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
