1. Душевая неудобная, старая. 2. Раковина маленькая, мыться неудобно 3. Двое суток в номере не убирались. Мусор как был полный, так и оставили. Полотенце как лежало на полу , так и лежит. Кровать не заправили. Единственное - только воду в бутылках поменяли, хотя табличку с просьбой об уборке на дверь вешал. На вопрос - почему не убирались? Дали невнятный ответ, даже не извинились. 4. Есть завтраки, кстати неплохие, но при этом кухни своей нет. Если вдруг захочется перекусить вечером, то только в сторонних заведениях.

Отличный отель. Очень красиво, атмосферно, уютно, тепло. Были первый раз, номер сюит-есть всё: чайник, кофеварка, кофе, чай, халат+тапочки, в ванной ватн палочки, диски, шапочка, станок, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер. Отмечу хорошую ванную, понравилось, давно нигде таких не видела, удобно, комфортно. Раскошный номер, раскошный отель, прекрасный отдых. Спасибо сотрудникам и руководству за достойное место для отдыха. Теперь мы ваши постояшки.
