Apartments with balconies are located on the southern coast of Crimea, on Massandra beach. The beach has been awarded the "blue flag": safe bottom, clean water, well-developed infrastructure. There are various cafes and restaurants, grocery stores, and vegetable stalls within walking distance from the house. All apartments have all the conditions for a comfortable stay: beds, necessary household appliances (kettle, microwave, refrigerator), dishes, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. The balconies of the apartments offer beautiful views of the sea and the beach. If you suddenly plan to arrive or leave, in the morning before 8-00 or in the evening after 21-00 or at night, then this necessarily requires a separate preliminary agreement! You will need to pay an additional 500 rubles to be met and checked in or evicted outside of business hours. Working hours are 8-00 to 21-00.
