One-bedroom apartment with an area of 33 square meters with a spacious loggia and stunning panoramic bird's-eye view will definitely appeal to you! The evening lights of the big city will create a romantic setting for dinner and leisurely conversations. It's cozy and soulful here! A comfortable bed and a folding sofa can accommodate up to four people. The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare meals according to your taste. There is always a place for your car at home. Public transport stops to various parts of the city are located three minutes from the residential complex, and the historical city center, temples, and museums of 1000-year-old Yaroslavl are 10 minutes away. Within walking distance are the Perinatal Center, the Regional Children's Hospital, the Russian Railways Training Center, and the Motus Medical Center. A 5-minute leisurely walk will take you to Pavlovsky Park, located along the Volga River with tree-shaded paths, a beautiful view of the monastery and passing boats. Please note that the apartment is not rented for holidays and parties. The apartment is quiet from 22:00 to 8:00, and unauthorized persons are not allowed in the apartment. We do not allow pets. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation (including smoking in the apartment) We will be forced to evict you without a refund.
