Cozy, modern one-bedroom apartment. It is located in the Leninsky district of Yaroslavl, 10 minutes by car to the Yaroslavl city center, 5 stops by bus. Nearby there are grocery stores (three minutes on foot) (Pyaterochka), public transport stops, a Playground. Public parking is available: not covered, next to the house. The apartment has everything for living. Furniture: 2 double beds (1.40*2) , 1 single bed (0.9*2) , 1 sofa unfolds. There are 4 separate seats: 2+1+2+2 The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a kitchen set, a dining table and chairs, and cooking utensils. There is also a water heater in case the hot water is turned off. There is a heater if it is cool (off-season). It is very warm and cozy in winter.
