There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and TV. There is all the necessary set of kitchen utensils for cooking and table setting. The bathroom has a washing machine and powder, a water heater (in case of disconnection of the central hot water supply), a hairdryer, sets of towels, toilet paper. Supermarkets, public transport stops, pharmacies are within walking distance. Smoking is strictly prohibited, including on the balcony. Guests over the age of 21 and children accompanied by adults. Upon check-in, you must provide a passport to conclude a contract, as well as a deposit, which will be fully refunded upon departure, subject to the rules of use of the apartment.
