The house is located near the Volga River in a picturesque location in the village of Popadino, 23 kilometers from the city of Yaroslavl. The house has a total area of 130 sq.m on a plot of 6 acres. For a comfortable stay, the house is equipped with everything you need: furniture, modern appliances, a balcony with stunning views. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed. There are 3 rooms on the second floor: one with a double bed, the second with a pull-out sofa, and the third with a single sofa. There is a high chair for toddlers, a playpen, and a grako bed. Parking and Wi-Fi access are provided. There is a barbecue area on site for guests. Near the house there is a forest for hiking and cycling, a stream where you can fish and watch beavers. Within walking distance of the Volga River and the equipped Mikhailovsky beach, the Krasny Kholm sanatorium, where you can go for treatments and a swimming pool. Additionally, there is an opportunity to take a boat ride on the river. The boat is equipped with fishing equipment.
