The SHESH-BESH restaurant is within walking distance. Grocery stores. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a dining area and a 4K flat-screen TV with a range of applications and internet access. Guests can check out before 12:00 p.m., you can't check out later. 4) If you behave calmly and culturally, as you usually do at home, the deposit will be refunded within a day and you will receive a good review. But if you are ugly, then: ⚠️The deposit is not refunded if the next guests after you tell us upon arrival that there is smoke in the apartment or that ashes or cigarette butts have been found behind you inside the apartment. (You can smoke on the balcony with the door closed) ⚠️The deposit is withheld IN FULL if blood puddles/ bloodstains are found on the linen THE APARTMENT IS NOT INTENDED FOR PARTIES AND ALL KINDS OF FESTIVE FEASTS The house is an apartment building. And, accordingly, there are rules for the use of an apartment building, established by law. You can smoke on the balcony with the door closed. You can drink moderately and behave calmly. It's okay to come with children and if the children are running and jumping. But, after 22 hours: you can't turn on loud music, yell, dance, or brawl. There will be a preliminary call and a request to stop, the arrival of neighbors. The neighbors want to sleep at night. The deposit will not be refunded in this case. If there is no understanding at all, then the police are called and evicted.
