Our apartments are located on the territory of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and will be an ideal choice for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of the ancient city and its rich history. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the historical buildings of Yaroslavl. The house is an architectural monument, built according to the design of architect Fedorov A.V. in 1938 (style: Soviet neoclassicism). Yu.V. Andropov (at that time 1st secretary of the Komsomol Regional Committee) lived in this house in 1938-1940, and therefore the building was included in the list of historical monuments in the 1980s. All famous objects of the city are within walking distance: the Church of Elijah the Prophet, the Kazan Convent, the F. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided for guests' convenience. Apartment facilities: The apartments are equipped with LCD TVs (in each room and in the kitchen), air conditioning (in each room), a spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer, clothes steamer, washing machine. Board games, sets of clean bed linen, towels, and personal hygiene products are provided. During the absence of centralized hot water supply, a boiler is provided. After each guest's departure, the room is thoroughly cleaned with dry and wet methods, all bedding and towels are replaced. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
