A fresh designer renovation has just been completed, so you will find a completely new, clean and stylish space filled with light and comfort. It is incredibly comfortable to breathe here, and every detail is designed for your complete relaxation and relaxation after a long day. Everything in the studio is brand new and thought out to the smallest detail for your convenience: Technologies for relaxation: a smart TV with Alice (diagonal 55") and high-speed Internet for movie nights and work. Modern kitchen: fully equipped kitchen set, oven with microwave function, hob, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking your favorite dishes. Comfortable sleep: a spacious double sofa bed and an extra single bed for guests (unfolded 69cm by 180cm). All bedding is new and fresh. Household care: new refrigerator, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron. Pleasant little things: for each guest, a set of hygiene products: soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and brush, and a set of towels (3 pcs each). Check-in and accommodation conditions: Check-in: available at any time! The standard check-in is from 12:00 to 15:00, but we always meet you halfway. Payment: the main part of the amount and the security deposit (3,000 rubles) are transferred wirelessly for your convenience and safety. Cash payment is possible by agreement for stays of 7 days or more. Important rules: there is an atmosphere of calm in the studio — parties are not allowed. To keep the air fresh, smoking is strictly prohibited (only outdoors). Documents: upon check-in, you will need a passport for short-term registration of the contract. We rent for any period of time!
