It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed 160 cm wide, two folding sofas, a stove, a built-in oven, a built-in refrigerator, a kettle, a set of dishes, a built-in microwave oven, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, SMART TV, two TVs, air conditioning, dressing room. Always clean bed linen and towels, for all residents. There are wonderful playgrounds inside the residential complex. The actual cost is visible when you specify the dates of stay and the number of guests when booking. Check-in rules: Check-in time is from 14:00 (around the clock) Check-out time before 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out is provided only if possible and by agreement, Accommodation with a pet is allowed, but it is discussed individually and for an additional fee, Accounting documents are provided by agreement for a fee (it is small, but always depends on the amount of the reservation) Prohibited: Holding events, more guests than as indicated in the booking, smoking in the apartment, damage to property and noise at night.
