The apartment is one-room for 1-4-bed accommodation. In the room: double bed with bedside table, sofa-book, coffee table, TV, iron, ironing board, In the kitchen: kitchen set, gas surface, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. Before checking into the apartment, the guest must register at the reception desk at the Sverdlova 27 Hotel in Yekaterinburg.27 Sverdlova street, entrance from the courtyard of the house (located within walking distance from the apartment). In compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on migration registration, the Guest must provide the following documents for check-in: a Russian passport (for citizens of the Russian Federation), for foreign citizens: a passport of a foreign state, a visa, a migration card. The receptionist draws up a contract, accepts payment for accommodation (by card or in cash) and a cash deposit in the amount of 1 (one) night's stay. After that, the Guest receives the keys and checks into the apartment on their own.At the end of the stay, the Guest vacates the apartment, returns the keys to the apartment to the Hotel Administrator and receives a refund of the deposit and accounting documents about the stay.
