Welcome to the cozy and comfortable studio located in a new house not far from Koltsovo airport. The newly renovated studio can comfortably accommodate 1-4 people. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, and cafes within walking distance. The studio has everything you need for up to 4 people: Cooking and eating utensils. Set-top box TV, Wi-fi Internet, washing machine, clothes dryer, refrigerator, stove, kettle, iron, ironing board. Clean cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, and hygiene products are provided. CHECK—IN RULES: - Check-in after 14:00. Check out before 12:00. Early check-in/late check-out is discussed individually. — Please contact us 2 hours before arrival. — In case of arrival at night, you must contact us in advance during the day and inform us of the planned arrival time! — To check in, you must have with you: any identification document (passport, driver's license and deposit amount. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after receiving the apartment. Our apartments are not rented out for events, they are smoke-free and tidy during quiet hours! It is not rented to persons under the age of 21.
