Small studios in a block room for 2-4 guests in a 10-minute walk to the city center. The studios consist of a "block", i.e. there are 2 studios under one apartment number (rented separately, the entrance door is shared, then an individual entrance with a separate access code). The apartments are small, but very bright and spacious. The apartments are located in a new residential complex, with a fenced area, with a chic rooftop recreation area, in a prestigious part of the city. Everything will be provided for a comfortable stay (in each studio): a TV with Internet access and cable TV, a microwave oven, a kettle, a refrigerator, an electric stove, WI-FI, cutlery and crockery, a set of towels for each guest, bed linen.
