Welcome to our bright and very cozy apartment in the center of Yekaterinburg on Bazhova Street. The apartment has 2 isolated rooms, which will be convenient for families with children or two couples. Our apartment also has everything you need for short and long-term stays, always clean bed linen and towels, hygiene and individual cosmetics. The apartment is located on a comfortable 4th floor. There are all the necessary shops in the house itself and within walking distance. Parking on the street is free. Nearby are such significant centers of attraction of the city as the Ural Humanitarian Institute, the Youth Theater, the Temple on Blood, Kharitonovsky Garden, USPU, the Headquarters of the Central Military District, the UPC-MCC, the House of Officers of the Central Military District, the Plotinka Bridge, the City Pond and many others. Unaccompanied persons under the age of 21 are not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed! It is forbidden to stay in the apartment of third parties without consent! Smoking is also prohibited in the apartment (including on the balcony) and holding events with drinking alcoholic beverages! Making noise in the apartment after 23:00 is also prohibited! A fine in the amount of a deposit is provided for violation of these rules. The deposit is 3,000 rubles.
