A banquet hall with a bar for up to 24 people, a music speaker and a leather sofa, air conditioning. Kitchen: kettle, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishes. Two double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, shower. On the 2nd floor: 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 5 single beds, 1 shower cabin (in the bedroom with five beds), 2 bathrooms. There is a relaxation area with a swing, parking, a barbecue area and a grill. For an additional fee, guests are provided with charcoal for the barbecue, towels, washing dishes for the total number of guests, and garbage disposal.
