Our apartments are a spacious studio apartment with a dressing room in the very center of the city (the intersection of Karl Liebknecht Street and Lenin Avenue). _____________________________________________ Infrastructure nearby: - Vysotsky and Antey business centers; - Embassies of Germany, the USA and the Czech Republic; - Olympic Embankment; - Opera and Ballet Theater, as well as Musical Comedy Theater; - many cafes and restaurants (Maccheroni, Pate); - excellent transport accessibility. _____________________________________________ About the apartment: Everything is available for a comfortable stay: - large double bed (King Size); - shower cabin ; - washing machine ; - refrigerator; - TV (42 inches); - hob and oven ; - Microwave oven; - kitchen utensils and appliances ; For your comfort and entertainment, you can always use free Wi-Fi and interactive TV. _____________________________________________ About our rules: Standard check-in at any convenient time after 15:00 Standard check-out at any convenient time before 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, subject to availability on the day of arrival (advance registration is possible, but at an additional cost) Before check-in, you must complete online registration: fill out a form with passport data and present photos / scans of the document (check-in is not possible without registration and providing a passport) We only check in guests under the age of 21 with a deposit of 6,000 rubles (we apply for a refund on the day of departure, the refund takes place within 1-3 days to the card from which the payment was made, issued as a refund / cancellation of the purchase) Pets can only be accommodated by prior arrangement. Only cats and dogs are allowed to stay (an additional fee of 500 rubles / day for the 1st pet), under the responsibility of the owner with a deposit of 6000 rubles.
