/Sleep and Shower Apartments on Shchorsa// Our apartments are a comfortable studio apartment located on the sixth floor of a modern residential complex with a closed territory and developed infrastructure. Chkalovskaya Metro Station, Yuzhny Bus Station and Megapolis Shopping and entertainment center are located 500 meters from the house. There are playgrounds and sports grounds in the enclosed courtyard, parking in the courtyard is only possible for loading and unloading. Grocery and household stores, a bakery and a cafe are located on the ground floors of nearby houses. For motorists, it is possible to park in a paid guarded parking lot, directly in front of the house (along Shchorsa Street, 150 rubles/night). Modern renovation with the participation of a designer - decorator allows each guest to feel homely. All necessary furniture and appliances are available: - double bed with orthopedic base and comfortable mattress; - large pull-out sofa; - wardrobe for clothes. Fully equipped kitchen, equipped with appliances, utensils and utensils, namely: - hob; - microwave oven; - refrigerator; - electric kettle; - sets of dishes and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine. Also for your convenience: - hair dryer; - iron ; - ironing board; - dryer; - high quality towels and bed linen. For your comfort and entertainment, you can always use free Wi-Fi and interactive TV. In addition, our apartments have self-check-in, so you can check in at any time convenient for you. Before check-in, you must complete online registration: fill out a form with passport details and present photos/ scans of the document (check-in is not possible without registration and providing a passport) We only check in guests under the age of 21 with a deposit of 6,000 rubles (we apply for a refund on the day of departure, the refund takes place within 1-3 days to the card from which the payment was made, issued as a refund / cancellation of the purchase) Pets can only be accommodated by prior arrangement. Only cats and dogs are allowed to stay (an additional fee of 500 rubles / day for the 1st pet), under the responsibility of the owner with a deposit of 6000 rubles. We strongly recommend that you do not leave pets alone in the apartment, or lock them in a carrier during their absence. ///=> Smoking in the apartment, additional guests staying (in excess of the number indicated in the booking), events (gatherings/birthdays/feasts, etc.) are not allowed.
