For walks in Resort Park, consider Park Shafran: the sanatorium stands directly opposite it. If being near the station matters too, Yunost Medical Centre is close to both the station and the park, so you needn’t choose between them.
Park Shafran suits a stay with three meals a day and a heated indoor pool, while Orange apartments offer kitchens for self-catering. If you’re planning treatments, check the individual centre’s arrangements: at PLAZA Essentuki, you must first see a physician, and the medical centre operates only on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00.
