3 звезды, но лучше чем 4 в Казани. Уютные номера, всё чисто, опрятно, вежливый персонал всегда готовый помочь!

Гостиница замечательная! Уютно, чисто, красиво. Постельное свежее, номера чистые опрятные. Очень понравилась гостиница. Что следует учитывать - гостиница находится довольно далеко от парка - 9 минут идти

Приезжаю в г. Есентуки каждый год на повышение квалификации и семинары! Второй год подряд останавливаемся с коллегами в гостинице "Русь". Всегда чисто, персонал очень вежливый и приветливый! Номера очень уютные. В каждом номере чайник, холодильник, и приборы на 2 персон. Также в наличии банные принадлежности! На первом этаже расположена столовая. Надо отметить, что цены очень приемлемые и еда очень вкусная 👍 спасибо за всё!
