Our apartment is suitable for family holidays, as well as for business trips. We have a closed territory with its own access to the city lake. During the season you can swim, the beach is equipped with sun beds, boots, catamarans. Within walking distance there is a green square with a playground, a volleyball court, a supermarket, a private grocery store, a restaurant of Caucasian cuisine, a coffee shop.
