Important booking conditions: * Deposit: To guarantee the safety of the property, we take a deposit of 3,000 rubles. The deposit is paid separately from the booking price and will be refunded after your departure, subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation (details below). You will need a photocopy of your passport to make a reservation. * Rules of accommodation: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (strict observance of this rule is mandatory!). Noisy parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Violation of these rules leads to non-repayment of the deposit. * Refund of the deposit: The deposit is refunded in full after the guest's departure, provided that there are no traces of smoking, dishes are clean, garbage is taken out, as well as the safety of furniture, bed linen and the general condition of the apartment. * Check–in/check-out time: Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is until 12:00. Flexibility is possible by prior arrangement. * Remote settlement: For your convenience, we offer a 24/7 remote check-in service. We are always in touch!
