The deposit is paid separately from the booking price and will be refunded after your departure, subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation (details below). You will need a photocopy of your passport to make a reservation. * **Rules of accommodation:** Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (strict observance of this rule is mandatory!). Noisy parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Violation of these rules leads to non-repayment of the deposit. * **Refund of the deposit:** The deposit is refunded in full after the guest's departure, provided that there are no traces of smoking, dishes are clean, garbage is taken out, as well as furniture, bed linen and the general condition of the apartment are safe. * **Check-in/check-out time:** Check–in to the apartment is carried out from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Flexibility is possible by prior arrangement. * **Remote settlement:** For your convenience, we offer a 24/7 remote check-in service.
