Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there are places for smoking. There are well-maintained playgrounds in the courtyard on both sides of the house. You can park your car in the courtyard or nearby in the parking lot near the nearest shopping center. All our apartments are equipped with contactless check-in. The check-in codes will be sent to you strictly on the day of check-in, to any of the messengers. Near the house there is a developed infrastructure: grocery and hardware stores, pharmacy, public transport stops. Upon check-in, a deposit of 2000 is charged from the guest, the refund is made after acceptance and cleaning of the apartment.
