Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there are places for smoking. There are well-maintained playgrounds in the courtyard on both sides of the house. You can park your car in the public parking lot. Upon check-in, a deposit of 2000 is charged from the guest, the refund is made after acceptance and cleaning of the apartment to the account provided by the guest. The guests are provided with invoices and closing documents.
