The deposit is refunded after checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the rules of accommodation and the safety of property. -Check-in time at the apartment is from 14:00, check-out before 12:00 (twelve o'clock in the afternoon), i.e. no matter what time you checked into the apartment, you need to vacate it before 12:00 in the afternoon. The stay in the apartment after 12:00 is negotiated with the manager in advance and is paid separately. -PLEASE NOTE that check-in is from 24 years old if you have a Russian passport. -ATTENTION: Our apartments are not intended for celebrations and any other holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 22:00. In case of violation of this clause of the rules, we have the right to evict you without refunding the payment. -Pets are NOT allowed. -Smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartment, if the administrator detects the smell of smoke at the time of check-out, we will deduct the amount from the deposit.
