A security deposit is required upon check-in: ₽2,000 - for guests 25 years of age and older ₽5,000 - for guests 18 to 24 years of age This deposit will be refunded after check-out and inspection of the apartment, subject to the property being intact and compliance with the apartment rules. - Check-out time for the apartment is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM (noon). Regardless of your check-in time, you must vacate the apartment by 12:00 PM. Staying in the apartment after 12:00 PM must be discussed with the manager in advance and is subject to an additional fee. - ATTENTION: Our apartments are not suitable for celebrations or other events, nor for loud music or other noise, especially after 10:00 PM. If this rule is violated, we reserve the right to evict you without a refund. - Pets are NOT allowed. - Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment. If the receptionist detects the smell of smoke upon check-out, we will retain your deposit.
