Nearby is the Residence SPA Club with a sauna complex, an outdoor and heated pool by the sea! There are small grocery stores 5 minutes from the house, and a Eurospar store is a 15-minute walk away. A 5-minute walk from the house is the Primorye train station (Kaliningrad- Zelenogradsk - Svetlogorsk-2). A 10-minute walk from the house there is a bus stop in Kaliningrad. The sleeping places are located in different rooms, the bedroom doors and the kitchen-living room are equipped with locking devices for privacy. There is everything necessary for living: air conditioning, TVs (cable TV), Internet, dishwasher, washing machine with drying function (the ability to quickly dry swimsuits), iron, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, laundry and personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toothbrushes brushes and paste), kitchen utensils, 6-stage filters for water purification are installed. To visit the beach, the apartments have beach towels, a bedspread, an umbrella, a beach bag, as well as a thermos and blankets, which allows guests to spend time by the sea in the cool season.
