The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy events. Pets are not allowed. A transfer from/to the airport or railway station can be arranged upon request. There are various cafes and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is located at the beginning of the pedestrian street Zelenogradsk - Kurortny Prospekt.
