The Zelenogradsk boardwalk with a Ferris wheel, cafes and restaurants is 4 km away by bike path or along the beach. There are bus stops and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The house has 3 rooms, a terrace and a total area of 50 sq.m. it is suitable for a comfortable stay of a family of 4 people in the main places. Sleeps: 2 double beds 140x200, a children's bunk bed 80x160, a folding sofa 140x200 as an extra bed. Available for use: WI-FI, Smart TV, washing machine. In the kitchen: stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, dishes and kitchen utensils. Combined bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a covered terrace with comfortable rattan furniture, a barbecue, a cauldron, as well as bicycles for cycling. A wood-burning sauna can be booked and paid for separately. Pets and additional guests can only be accommodated by prior arrangement.
