The apartments are in the historical center of the cozy resort town of Zelenogradsk (German: Cranz), which specializes in balneotherapy, near the major attraction of the Kaliningrad region - the Baltic Sea (100 meters from the water). The house is also at the entrance to the major park of the city "Plantage", founded in 1844 by King William IV of Prussia, with a pond, ducks, a volleyball court and restaurants. Immediately after the city park, the second landmark of the region begins - the Curonian Spit National Park, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2000. Nearby there are many restaurants where you can eat delicious food, shops, a beautiful wooden promenade. There are all the facilities and infrastructure for recreation. A bike path passes by the house, connecting the city with another resort Svetlogorsk and leading to the Curonian Spit, and there are always 2 bicycles in the apartment so that you can ride along it. Two bedrooms, a cozy atmosphere and Zelenograd hospitality await the guests. There is a sofa in the kitchen-living room, which, at the request of the guests, can turn into a double bed (5th berth).
