The spacious studio is located in a quiet, green area of the city of Zelenogradsk, where the Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away, within walking distance of the Zelenogradsk 2 railway station, from which you can go to other coastal cities and Kaliningrad. There are supermarkets nearby. We have tried to create the most comfortable conditions for you so that you can feel at home. In the recreation area, you can relax on large folding sofas with comfortable mattresses while watching your favorite movies. The window offers a view of the city and the sea. We provide accounting documents and receipts upon prior request! We love guests with children! For an additional fee, we will be happy to provide: a high chair, a playpen cot and a walking stick. We also have a transfer to/from the airport. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND CHECK-IN: -Check-in time: after 14.00 -Check-out time: before 12.00 (Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon additionally and depend on the availability of other bookings before or after you) -The price is indicated for 2 people. The surcharge for each subsequent guest is 400rubles/day. -Discounts are provided for long-term stays! -For double occupancy and payment at the rate for 2 guests, only the bed is made. Extra bed linen for the sofa is available on request for an additional fee (Please inform in advance). -Upon arrival, a security deposit of 5,000 rubles is charged, which is returned after cleaning the apartment if all the property is safe. -Parties/events are not allowed! "Quiet hours" for guests (when it is impossible to make noise): from 22:00 to 09:00. -It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than you indicated when booking. -The minimum stay is 2 nights.
