It is located in a quiet area, away from the tourist flow, which will provide you with privacy and tranquility during your vacation. Description of the apartment: The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: -Beds: A bed with orthopedic mattress (140x200) and a pull-out sofa (150x200) for a comfortable sleep; double blankets made of linen fiber -Amenities and appliances: In the apartment you will find an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, as well as a clothes dryer. Blackout curtains are provided for your convenience, which create ideal conditions for sleeping. -Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need – dishes, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, water filter. You can cook your favorite dishes or just make a cup of coffee or tea. -Relaxation: There is a pleasant relaxation area on the balcony -Internet and Entertainment: Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and access to the OKKO online movie theater so you can enjoy movies anytime. Rules of accommodation: -Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00 (check-in and check-out times can be adjusted by agreement). -It is mandatory to provide a passport for the conclusion of a lease agreement and a deposit of 5,000 rubles. The deposit is refunded after cleaning the apartment.
