There is a beautiful sunset view in the evenings. 8 minutes (4 km) to the Yershovo Estate, where you can come at any time of the year (around the clock) and enjoy the beauty of this historical place 13 minutes (5.8 km)to the Observation deck on Myasina Gora, 10 minutes (5.6 km) to the Savvino-Storozhevsky Stavropol Monastery, the same distance to the Zvenigorodsky and Podmoskovye Sanatoriums, 4 minutes (2.5 km) to the Zvezda Sports Complex, Kubinka and the PATRIOT Military-Patriotic Training Center of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are about 45 km away. A public transport stop in the direction of Moscow is a 10-minute walk away. The area is quite new, there are many nearby: shops of various kinds, online order pickups, cafes and other things. The apartment has everything you need for living (and even a little more): clean bed linen, towels, dishes, cutlery, hygiene products. The security deposit will not be refunded in the following cases: - there are signs of smoking in the apartment, - left trash and/or dirty dishes, - damage to property and/ or disorder in the apartment, unwashed stains on bed linen or other property are detected, - additional sets of bed linen or towels are used.
