Были два раза, перед новым годом и на майские. В первый раз не понравился номер, грязный и в плачевном состоянии. Душ весь в накипи а полки в ржавчине. Слив в душе тоже ржавый. В комнате побитые стены и обои отклеиваются. Но ничего страшного подумали мы. Так как декабрь месяц не сезон. В этот раз номер хороший был, были косяки но незначительные . А вот остальное когда мы были на первомайские праздники, мы сильно огорчились, это персонал на ресепшене у них недовольные лица, а ресепшен это лицо заведения. Уборки не было, мусор не забрали воду не положили, короче даже не пришли. Вода в кулере грязная и там плавает мусор. (105 номер на втором этаже куллер стоит). На территории следят за цветами но не за мусором и детской площадной хотя май и уже тепло .Завтрак в принципе за такую сумму неплохой. Покушать есть что, а вот места маловато, приходилось ждать. Девочка в ресторане молодец, старалась очень ей лайк, как и в спа женщины, очень приятные. И было бы круто чтобы убирали на территории спа . Три дня были и три дня лежал стакан в конце помещения .В 10 открывается спа. Но баню включили в 10.30. Я понимаю что это делает женщины которые сначала на раздаче стоят а потом бегут в спа что там уже работать. Наймите человека который будет следить за спа или за ранее включайте её, чтобы в 10.00 уже было градусов хотя бы 50 а не 26 . Потому что выезд в 12 и как то хочется закрепить отдых приятными воспоминаниями а не холодным бассейном и баней. Написано что 4 звезды но как по мне не дотягивает. Вот 3 звезды самое то. Приедем летом и оценим как вы летом работаете.

Отдыхали сутки, ну как сутки 8 августа по 9 августа с 15:00-10:30 Заезд с 15:00 выезд до 12:00 даже не сутки, видно когда была построена турбаза всё сделали и на этом остановились, чисто поддерживают общую картинку. В домике нет даже одноразовых предметов личной гигиены, только полотенца кладут. Гель, шампунь и тп можно приобрести за отдельную плату на ресепшене! В целом норм, и только! Цена завышена очень!Досуга кроме поплавать в бассейне и покурить кальян нет😔 Рядом железная дорога когда едит поезд телевизор перестает работать, и слышимость поездов оч хорошая
