Nearby there is a main post office, a round-the-clock Magnet, an MTS office, a stop on Molodezhny Boulevard. Convenient area, everything is within walking distance. Upon arrival, you must provide your passport in electronic form (photo) because check-in is contactless. An additional deposit of 2000 rubles is charged, which is refunded after cleaning by the maid and checking the condition of the apartment by transfer to your card during the day, and if check-out is in the evening, then the next day. It is not possible to check in without making a deposit and providing a passport. On the day of arrival, you must contact us in advance, no later than 2 hours before arrival, in order to receive check-in instructions. If you have a night check-in, then no later than 20:00 on the day of arrival.
