Приехал по работе в Прокопьевск, вариантов не было как переночевать в гостинице Альянс. Снял номер эконом, на мое удивление ночь прошла не заметно, выспался! В номере уютно, удобства на этаже. Отчетные документы дают. Нормальная гостишка для ночлега 👍

Слово- гостиница явно преувеличено.. Но все претензии только к владельцу, Ужасный ремонт хола и ресепшена. К самому номеру притензий нет, достаточно чисто . Здание старое от этого пахнет сыростью. Персонал и сервис на удивление очень вежлив и подготовлен. Отдельное спасибо администраторам за человечность🙏🏻

Это просто ужас ребята, такое ощущение было ,что после второй мировой восстановили. Не верю своим глазам, что существует такой комфорт на земле 😳 клопам питание на всю ночь, лучше в машине поспать надо было
