Ремонт в номере уставший. Поэтому 4. Завтрак вкусный, есть выбор нескольких блюд. Персонал вежливый.

Разочарование. Всегда проезжая мимо Воронежа останавливались В данной гостинице. Это было 3 года подряд. С тех пор много чего изменилось. Уставшие, холодные номера. Слышимость сильная. Если хотите отдохнуть с дороги, то не удастся! Рядом сауна с караоке и всеми вытекающими... В гостинице уже очень мало постояльцев, видимо люди делают выводы, а руководство - нет! Завтраки шведский стол, одно название! Кто ест с утра рис с луком и морковью или квашенную капусту?? Цены подняли, а сервис к сожалению очень упал.. Хорошие отзывы остались в прошлом, когда гостиница процветала. Сейчас картина иная! Больше мы не приедем к вам и другим не советуем!!!

всё хорошо, персонал, номера, но Wi-Fi почти не работал, вечно пропадал или падала скорость интернета, что очень не приятно, так как мобильной сети и так нет, а тут еще это, надеюсь в будущем это исправят
