The Sevan Park Hotel is located on the Pavlovo-Ochakovskaya Spit, an ecologically clean coast of the Sea of Azov, in the Taganrog Bay, about 35 km southwest of the city of Azov. The unique small bay is very popular with windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts.
