The complex includes eleven detached cottages of various capacities and building No. 7, consisting of twelve double houses with separate entrances to each. All cottages are equipped according to modern requirements, have bathrooms with showers, cold and hot water supply and heating. All rooms are equipped with modern furniture, TVs, refrigerators and electric kettles. The interiors of the rooms are decorated comfortably and functionally. Each cottage is equipped with a barbecue area. The following facilities are available for guests: a cafe, two Russian wood-burning baths, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a pier for fishing, a sandy beach, a petting zoo, a rope park, playgrounds for children and sports grounds, a rental of sports and fishing equipment, a rental of boats, outboard motors, jet skis and catamarans.
