About the hotel
SKI VILLAGE is a hotel in the Olympic Mountain Village, located at an altitude of 1100 meters. The cable car stations "Zapovedny Les 1100 m" and "Olimpiya 1100 m" are a 10-minute walk away. Rosa Khutor Train Station is 7 km away, and Sochi Airport is 57 km away. A shuttle service to and from the airport is available upon request. The hotel consists of isolated cottages that can be booked with a separate room, a club floor or an entire house. It is suitable for team building and corporate holidays in the mountains, as well as for family and outdoor activities.
The hotel has 139 rooms of Standard, Superior, and Family categories. Each room has a comfortable bed, a TV, a telephone, a work area, and a private bathroom with toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available. There are rooms with a balcony. The rooms are located in cottages, each of which has a spacious living room and a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking. During the period from December 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, the ticket price is: Adult (or child over 15 years old) - 150 rubles Children (7-14 years old) - 80 rubles. Rosa Dolina - Olympic Mountain Village (560m - 1100m) The ticket is valid for an unlimited number of ascents and descents to the Olympia CD per day, during the guest's stay at the hotel. Starting October 1, the reception desk for the "Ski Village" and "Filosofiya Gor" (Buildings B and D) hotels is moving to the Hotel 28 building at 1 Sulimovka St., Bldg. 7.
