Жили здесь три дня , жуткий запах потных подмышек в коридоре и в номерах , допотопный фен и страшные посеревшие полотенца и постельное белье , замызганный ковролин , скудный завтрак , предвзятое отношение персонала , один человек на стойке ресепшна, она же кухарка и уборщица , три в одном.

Неплохой отель, красивый, удобно расположен, своя парковка, недалеко до главной достопримечательности
хоть пешком, хоть на авто. Хорошие полноценные комплексные завтраки, номерной фонд вполне хороший, но убирают плохо, туалет вообще явно не чистят, такие желтые пятна под ободком я в отелях и не встречала, мне достался номер в котором курили, понимаю, что тут к постояльцам претензии больше, но наверное можно было и проветрить. В прихожей номера нет вешалки, куда повесить верхнюю одежду, в нише, где напрашивается вешалка почему-то зеркало. Обстановка скромная. Персонал в основном доброжелательный, за единственным исключением. В целом по цене привлекательно. Поэтому всё-таки больше рекомендую, чем нет. Да и в принципе минусы, которые можно исправить. Положительных эмоций больше.

Уже не один раз останавливалась в этом бутик-отеле (приезжаю в Истру в командировку)
Мне особо нравится расположение отеля: близко магазины, транспорт, сквер и центральная площадь, красивый парк неподалеку, ж/д в пешей доступности, как и известный собор Новоиерусалимский (Вознесенский)
Отмечу приветливое отношение персонала, вкусные и сытные завтраки, чистота в номере, чистота постельного белья, наличие воды в кулере на этаже в свободном доступе и приятный дизайн общих помещений отеля. Администратор всегда вежливо общается, с радушием и готовностью помочь гостю
